5 Nights at Epstein's
Game Overview
Five Nights at Epstein's — also widely searched as 5 Nights at Epstein's — is a browser-based survival horror game inspired by Five Nights at Freddy's. You play as a victim trapped in a small security room on a remote island compound. You have no weapons, no way out. All you have is a flickering camera system, an audio lure, vent controls, and an electrocution switch.
The Five Nights at Epstein's game can be played entirely in your browser — no download, no install. Your single goal: survive from midnight to 6:00 AM for seven increasingly terrifying nights. Each in-game hour lasts roughly 30 real-world seconds. Four distinct enemies roam the compound after dark — each requiring a completely different survival strategy.
- 11-camera security grid to track enemies
- Audio lure to redirect Epstein & FC
- Vent controls to block Trump
- Electrocution switch for Stephen Hawking
- Control Panel to fix broken cameras
- Weapons of any kind
- A way to escape the room
- Unlimited use of audio lures
- Any margin for error on Night 4+
- Second chances — one mistake ends the game

The 11-Camera System
Mastering the camera layout is the single most important skill in Five Nights at Epstein's. You have 11 camera feeds covering the entire compound. Understanding which zones matter — and when — is the difference between survival and failure.
Cam 1 & 2 — Vent entry points. Trump attacks here. Monitor for his approach.
Cam 7 & 8 — Alternate audio lures between these two to push enemies back toward the hook.
Cam 9, 10, 11 — Back hallway. Keep enemies here as long as possible. Cam 10 is the safest point. Epstein & FC start at Cam 11.
The 4 Enemies
Each enemy in 5 Nights at Epstein's uses a completely different attack pattern. Understanding each one is non-negotiable.
The primary threat. Roams the hook zone and moves toward your room. Appears at your window with only 0.5 seconds to react by pressing E.
Play audio on cameras near his position to redirect him. Never use the same camera twice in a row — alternate Cam 7 and Cam 8 to push him back. Overusing lures breaks the camera.
Moves alongside Epstein in the hook zone. Lower priority than Epstein but becomes a real threat on Nights 4–5 when all enemies accelerate.
FC also responds to audio cues. Manage him as a secondary target alongside Epstein — the same lure rotation that handles Epstein will keep FC pushed back too.
The only enemy who attacks through the ventilation system via Camera 1 or Camera 2. His approach is always signaled by a distinct banging sound.
First knock → close vents immediately. Wait for the second knock (he's left) → reopen vents right away. Leaving vents closed too long depletes oxygen and kills you.
Permanently stationed at Camera 6. Completely immune to all audio lures. If ignored too long, he leaves Cam 6 and kills you instantly — with zero warning.
Switch to Camera 6 and shock him every 15–20 seconds before the warning turns red. You cannot electrocute while cameras are broken — fix them first.
Night-by-Night Walkthrough
5 Nights at Epstein's has 7 nights total. Nights 1–5 form the main campaign. Night 6 and Night 7 unlock after completing Night 5.
Night 1 is your training ground. Only Epstein and FC are active. Epstein starts at Camera 11 and moves toward you. Focus on learning the 11-camera layout and the audio lure rhythm — alternate between Cam 7 and Cam 8. Don't panic when Epstein appears at the window. You have a half-second to press E. Use Night 1 to build muscle memory, not to win instantly.
Trump enters via the vent system at Cameras 1 or 2. The moment you hear banging — close the vents. Wait for the second knock (signals he's gone), then reopen immediately. Run two loops simultaneously: audio lure rotation for Epstein, and vent listening for Trump. Keep Epstein as your primary focus and manage Trump reactively.
The difficulty spikes here. Stephen Hawking is now active at Camera 6 and demands regular electrocution every 15–20 seconds. Build your three-loop habit now: (1) Audio lure Epstein → (2) Check vents for Trump → (3) Shock Hawking at Cam 6 → repeat. Never let Hawking's warning turn red.
All four enemies are now active with increased aggression. Keep enemies in the hook (Cams 9–11) as long as possible. After 5:00 AM, enemies move too fast to contain — shift to pure survival mode: Hawking first, then keep Epstein as far back as possible. Expect to fail before you succeed. Learn from each death.
Same strategy as Night 4, but more aggressive and less forgiving. Near 5:00 AM, prioritize Hawking above everything else — one missed shock ends the run. Alternate Cams 7 and 8 to push Epstein back. Survive to 6:00 AM and you escape the island. Night 6 and Night 7 are now unlocked.
A unique solo encounter featuring a special version of Epstein connected to the game's secret ending. Audio clues are woven into this night. Completing Night 6 is required to understand the full story.
All four enemies at maximum aggression. Same strategies as Nights 4–5, pushed to the absolute limit. Beat Night 7 to unlock Custom Night mode — including the Ultimate Challenge at 20/20/20/20 which reveals the true secret ending.
The Priority Loop
From Night 3 onward, survival depends on running three management loops simultaneously. Internalize this cycle until it becomes automatic:
Audio lure Epstein & FC — alternate Cam 7 & 8
Listen for Trump banging — close/open vents reactively
Switch to Cam 6 — shock Hawking before warning turns red
Back to Step 1 — never stop the cycle
Advanced Tips & Strategy
You've survived the basics. Here's what separates a good player from someone who clears Night 7 and 20/20/20/20 Custom Night:
Never Spam the Same Camera
Audio lures break if used consecutively in the same room. Always alternate — Cam 7 then Cam 8, never Cam 7 twice in a row. A broken camera blind-spots you AND prevents Hawking shocks.
Fix Cameras Instantly
The moment you see "Camera Error," stop everything and go to the Control Panel. A broken camera is the most dangerous state in the game. You cannot shock Hawking while any camera is down.
The Hook is Your Best Friend
Cameras 9–10–11 are the safest zone. Your entire audio lure strategy should be aimed at keeping Epstein and FC as far back in the hook as possible — ideally at Cam 10 or 11.
Don't Try to Win Night 1 Immediately
Use your first 3–4 runs on Night 1 just to memorize the camera layout and Epstein's movement rhythm. Once you can predict his route, everything else becomes manageable.
Breathe After 5:00 AM
On Nights 4–5, enemies become too fast to contain after 5:00 AM. Don't panic. Switch to survival mode: Hawking shock priority, keep Epstein as far back as possible. You only need 60 real seconds.
Custom Night 20/20/20/20
The true endgame challenge. All 4 enemies at max aggression simultaneously. Master the three-loop cycle until it's instinctive. This unlocks the third star and the secret ending.

Using the audio lure consecutively on the same camera overloads it and causes a Camera Error. The fix: always alternate your lure placement between two cameras — typically Cam 7 and Cam 8. If a camera breaks, immediately go to the Control Panel and restart it. You cannot electrocute Stephen Hawking while cameras are broken.
Leaving the vent covers closed longer than necessary depletes your oxygen supply and will kill you. The correct technique: close vents when you hear Trump's first banging knock, then reopen immediately after the second knock (which signals he has left). Never close vents preemptively and never forget to reopen them.
Every 15–20 seconds. Switch to Camera 6 regularly and electrocute him before the warning indicator turns red. If you ignore him — even briefly — he will leave Camera 6 and kill you instantly with zero warning. Build Camera 6 checks into every loop of your cycle.
The game is primarily designed for desktop browsers (HTML5). Some mobile browsers may run it, but the 0.5-second reaction window for Epstein and the precise camera navigation make desktop play strongly recommended for the best experience.
Custom Night lets you manually set the aggression level (1–20) for each of the 4 enemies independently. It unlocks after completing Night 7. Setting all enemies to level 20 creates the "Ultimate Night" — the hardest challenge in the game, which unlocks the third star and the secret ending.
Cameras 9, 10, and 11 form the "hook" — the back hallway where Epstein and FC start. The safest position for enemies is as deep in the hook as possible (ideally Cam 10 or 11). Your entire audio lure strategy should be aimed at pushing enemies back into this zone and keeping them there as long as possible.
